Q. Do you do the writing yourself?

Yes, we do. Many so called "writing services", farm out writing assignments. However we are the real deal, all of the writers in our team, have English as their first language and we never outsource any of our projects.

Q. How do your clients work with you?

Majority of our work is done online. Written communication via email or chat is the most preferred way by clients, after an initial telephone consultation. We use Google docs and other project management software, for transparency, communication and updates on project status.

Q. Could you please explain your freelance writing process?

  • Freelance writing desk begins all client relationships with an initial consultation during which we discuss your writing requirements, objectives and timeframe.
  • We then draw up a 'statement-of-work' or a proposal outlining what we discussed and include an estimate of the fees. If you accept, we proceed further with an NDA (Non-disclosure agreement) summarizing the terms and conditions, which will be sent across via fax or email.
  • On receiving the returned, signed copy, confirming your acceptance of terms, we then initiate the writing process.
  • Once we have provided you with the first draft, we will ask that you thoroughly review it and organize your comments and feedback for discussion. You can send us additions/points which we will gladly incorporate in the rest of the project and send across.

Q. Can you start on my writing project immediately? I have a tight deadline to maintain.

We can start on your project right away, after evaluating your requirements and time frame.

Q. How long does the project take?

It depends on the length, complexity and research involved. Most projects take, one to three weeks to complete. But some bulk projects that involve hundred or more articles and pages could take a couple more months. Rest assured that all writing work will always be delivered to you on or before deadline. We can deliver 50+ SEO articles per week.

Q. How much does it cost?

We understand that all businesses have budgets, some which leave little room for negotiation. But at the same time, the old adage holds true - you get what you pay for. Given the caliber of work we deliver, and the results our clients experience, we truly believe that our writing fees are extremely affordable. We offer the best economical rates available. Every job is unique and priced on individual basis. Time, research involved and size of the project is the criteria for rates. Fees are quoted on a per project basis. Q. Why don't you have samples of your writing work on your website?

A major portion of our work is ghost written, and confidential. If you'd like to see samples of our work, please do contact us and we'd be happy to send varied samples for you to review.

Q. What if I don't need copywriting "from scratch" ... what if I just need a makeover of the copy I already have? Do you still charge your full copywriting rates in that case?

All copywriting rates are determined on a case-by-case basis. If you simply need a "polishing" of your current copy, we'd be more than happy to accommodate you by adjusting our copywriting rates to reflect the actual amount of editing required.

Q. Do you have experience in my field?

A. Our team of writers have diverse backgrounds, in addition, we've been writing for so many years, that we've probably have had experience dealing with your type of product or service.

Q. Am not sure what pages my website should have - could you help me with that along with the writing?

Certainly! In fact, this is something we do really well. A great website flows well, is logical in scope, and encourages exploration. Give us some details about your business or product and we will come up with an appropriate sitemap.

Q. Does your team provide editing services?

Yes, we do. If you have written material that needs to be edited or injected with a bit of spark, we'll be glad to go through it and inject some life into it. Often times, we take what you already have, add a little - "clear, crisp magic" to it and turn it into something that really works for you.

Q. What if I don't like what you write? Will you rewrite it?

Yes, we most certainly will! Most clients are thrilled with the first draft. However if there are tweaks to be made, we will gladly make revisions. Let us know what you want you want changed or edited and we'll gladly do it for you.

Q. What are your payment terms?

We accept PayPal, bank transfer or check. Payment is negotiable. For large projects we require a 50% deposit to initiate the project and balance on completion of project.

Q. Am getting a cheaper rate, can you give me that rate?

There will always be price differences in whatever business you are. Remember your investment in the project will pay off itself in time. "Cheap things are seldom good, and good things are seldom cheap". If budget is a concern, we'll certainly make every effort to tailor our services to your financial limitations.
